Daniel johnston es un fichaje de mucho cuidado, no os voy a poner sus andanzas aqui, para eso ya teneis la wikipedia. Es curiosa la simpleza y a su vez, profundidad de sus canciones, de alguien ido de este mundo, en sentido literal. Grabó durante años cintas en casa de sus padres, en una grabadora convencional. El mendas empezó a venderlas en tiendas de su ciudad. El mismo hacia las portadas, ya que es un gran aficionado al comic. En alguna de ellas incluso se oye a su madre abroncandolo por alguna movida. Es celebre la portada de una de esas cintas títulada HI, HOW ARE YOU? que hizo famosa un tal Kurt Cobain, que lucía habitualmente una camiseta con dicha portada. Y todo eso. Muy reconmendable la pelicula documental “The devil and Daniel Johnston”, os aclarará mucho de su cruel universo paralelo. A mi esta canción me mola mazo.
